NEW LAWS ARE IN PLACE FOR CALIFORNIA RENTAL APPLICATIONS
For 2025, California has passed a new law regarding the rental application process. To comply, we will no longer be sending you application packets for review. We will now be accepting the first approved applicant that meets our criteria. If an applicant is denied by a slim margin, we will send their info to you in case you would like to override anc approve them. There will be a deadline for your decision if there are other applicants so that we can continue the process in a timely manner.

• Provide screening criteria to applicants at the time of application
• Screen applications received in order
