Sewer是STEP System會不會很麻煩？

看上了一個1987年的自住房，但Sewer是STEP System，我對這個不懂以前也沒買過這類的房子，請教大家要注意什麽，如果有什麽問題比如老化維護不好inspection能查出來嗎？
