房客要求側院加燈

pm給我房客的work order，說是老公摔了。要求裝flood light。我想這個黑的地方自己看不清，摔跤應該房東沒有責任吧？房客也沒有要求賠償。

這個側院沒有門，我有沒有責任裝呢？這是一個duplex，我如果裝的話，另外一邊也要裝，一個月的租金不知道夠不夠。暈

請教一下大家有沒有碰到過類似的事情，該怎麽處理？謝謝
