請教：heating的問題

上周房客那裏沒有熱水暖氣，technician說是hot water heater壞了。剛剛換了一套全新的tankless hot water heater。這個heater提供廚房，洗手間的熱水和暖氣。

今天房客抱怨說heating不工作，但是有熱水。thermostat顯示20.5度。會是什麽問題？有什麽排查的辦法嗎？謝謝
