Did I understand your email correctly? You are asking me to disprove your assumption regarding the source of the leak?
For clarity, it is your responsibility to provide proof that the leak originated from my unit. It is not my responsibility to prove that it came from elsewhere.
Leaks like this can be caused by various factors, including plumbing issues or other structural problems. It is typically the responsibility of the HOA or super to investigate and determine the source of the leak, especially if the issue is related to shared systems like pipes or the building's infrastructure.
Please reach out to the HOA or super, as you did in the past, to report the leak. They are equipped to investigate and determine whether the leak is originating from my unit or elsewhere. Once the HOA has completed their investigation, they will inform me if the leak is coming from my unit, and I will take responsibility for addressing the issue promptly.
Until then, I would appreciate it if we could follow the proper process. In the future, I respectfully ask that you contact the HOA directly for such matters.
