韜奮日記：火燒旺地.

我家上一次真正大燒是2012年， 然後今年就燒了兩個， 年初的 duplex賠了20多萬， 昨天晚上又燒了一個樓， 起火原因是一個老頭 smoking while his oxygen tank still on, so it exploded, the good thing is he only got 3rd degree burn and no one else really got injured.

 Estimated lost 700-800k, 火災對房東來說， 如果沒重大傷亡， 是個好事， 最後得到一新樓 + a year of free rents, if keep good budget maybe even pocket 200k.
