circuit breaker questions

請大家幫看看 怎麽換這個breaker。
這個在hvac裏麵。問題一， 輸出端三個線壓倒一起了 看起來不符合code。正確的做法是怎麽做？問題二 這個breaker 怎麽拿下來 現在按在一塊鐵上 不知道這個是怎麽按上 和 拿下來。謝謝????
