浴室漏水到樓下

租客打電話來說二樓的浴室漏水（水從ac 通風口到樓下）關掉浴室的開關漏水就停止了. plumber 明天才工作。在這種情況，有必要claim保險嗎？要不要先租個fan先吹幹?
