房客要求換這個，大家看看是房東的責任嗎

白玉房，房客發text說it seems the humidifier pads for the heating system and the water filter for the fridge need replacing. 

第一次有房客提這個要求。這是房東的責任嗎。尤其是第二個，冰箱的water filter 也要由房東換嗎。

還好這個是local, 要在異地，我還得找人。
