這個潛在的租客算人渣嗎？

房子掛上去1周了，寥寥幾個看房的，隻有一個遞交申請： 工資2x， credit score 467, 一堆的late payment, collections, 去年到今年8月租房，然後住親戚家至今。這個算人渣嗎？我想是肯定不能租的吧。
