新手問： 如何獨立再run一遍背景調查

用Zillow Rental Manager， 但是看了舊帖子，發現Zillow Rental Manager 有時會不全。 大家推薦一下在哪裏做比較全麵的background check ？ smartmove 就可以嗎？還是需要自己查court record 和買credit report？ 如何查court record？
