Seller在disclosure文件裏的Leaks situation 那一欄 marked:don’t know

這可是在Florida 呀。  Seller 已經住裏快10年了。在佛州Seller has not obligation 透露他住房的真實情況？ 文件要求在Leaking 那欄裏Yes . Not.Don't know 認選標注上。 那Seller 選Don't knows 是被容許的在FL？ 不過Seller 不選Not.說明很可能是Leaking吧？
