請教各位前輩大佬進來談談您最長時間多久空置房子，最後是怎麽租出去的

獨立屋投入2萬多全麵翻新， 招租近2個月，同學區同房型最低價，降價200， 沒有合適的租客（信用分太低/收入低/債務多等硬傷）。  

S8的租客信用分低，500多分。不太想租給S8。
