房客想在院子裏paved area裝一個gazebo, 這個有什麽隱患嗎

一對男男couple, 平時相處還比較easy. 今天問我能不能在泳池的screen外麵paved area 裝一個gazebo. 這個可以同意嗎。當然我自己同意後還要去問一下HOA 允不允許。
