江湖救急，toilet tank不停蓄水是不是隻能整個換Fill Valve？

之前flush後蓄水特別慢，檢查後發現Fill Valve Cap 那裏漏水

照著油管換了一個seal後，變成時不時的不停蓄水，水位很高了，好像fill valve 也不停止，怎麽調節都不行。

這下沒修好，隻能關水，不讓用了。網上找了個圖片，換了那個黑色的片。

接下來怎麽辦，是不是要把Fill Valve整個換掉？
