根據目前的降息趨勢，什麽時候refinance?

請問大佬，今年買了兩個出租房都是30 年7.125% mortgage. 都有一點兒正cash flow.

今天聯儲利率降了0.5%，如果2024年底之前再降0.5%，年底能降到多少？什麽時候refinance最好？
