問個全職地主醫療保險的事兒

我現在這點微薄收入都是來自出租房，勉強糊口. 

報稅的時候因為折舊的關係收入很低。 上PENNIE去申請，自動根據收入把我歸到符合白卡要求。

但我不想用白卡，而且有資產怕用白卡以後政府秋後算賬。 

這種情況該怎麽辦？該用什麽醫療保險？
