Section8 租客領養了一隻貓，我們雙方都同意每個月加租

$50做為pet rent. 
我電郵給HA問租子需不需要調整？

HA 回複：Thank you for reaching out to us. As far as the payment to have an animal this is on the tenant. We have nothing to do with additional payments that are not a part of rent and utilities.

這樣子的話我就自己和租客做份addendum收這個$50就行了吧？

當然，萬一以後會有驅逐的話，安全為上不會加這$50 as the none-payment amount.
