求助萬能的房壇： 氣爐修理的問題

潛水多年。第一次求助。多謝大家。麻省的出租房。裝修不到一年。昨天房客發現全新的氣爐漏天燃氣。廠家最早Sept 9 才能來修。房客要補償錢 （$75一天)， 房租$3000/月。多年來第一次碰上要錢的房客。請大家建議正確做法。另外，我想明天換爐子。我的理解是可換一個comparable 的。都是不繡鋼但牌子可不同. 多謝。
