請大家賜教，關於烘幹機和洗碗機

今天房客text我要我找人修洗碗機和烘幹機。text 如下。請問大家這是要找handyman 還是找專門修烘幹機和洗衣機的人。因為是遠程，所以也沒辦法自己過去看看。

Dryer just started making unusual noise.. even with no items inside. Dishwasher is leaking water from bottom on every use (about 1qt of water).
