自住房變出租房後院 deck 處理

我們從前一個自住房搬到新購買的房屋，原來的自住房打算出租，後院的 deck 因為年久缺乏很好的維護而比較破敗，考慮推到重建deck 還是推倒舊deck 在原有地方鋪水泥地，  沒有經驗，所以來房版取取經，聽聽各位的建議，哪個選項更適合我們目前的情況，謝謝
