房價開始下降了

一個月前我聯係一個中介去看房，沒看中。幾天後，他說他有一個 off market listing， 我去看了，挺喜歡的，80萬，但是風水師說朝向不好讓我不要買。今天這個房子上市了，價格是69.9萬。

好多房子開始降價五六萬了。但還是有些房子一直放著不肯降價。
