第14個BRRRR掉在了坑裏。還在做。

第15個做完了。

135k買， 32k修。刷漆，地板，隔了一個臥室，做了一個廚房和浴室。修了煙囪，補了屋頂， 換了主下水管。

估計值200k, 可以租2200左右。
