我也年輕和一無所有過，但不會是這個樣子。about 15+ years ago, we offered sellers to buy their property not listed in the market, about $2M, we had formal PA written by an agent, sellers signed and later asked for more money or cancel, we were okay, my agent told us if we wanted the house, we can sue. I said: no, good faith is worth a lot, we offered to buy, sellers did not market to sell, if they were not ready to sell, be it, in moral world, we have no ground to sue.
