1. 說房東拒絕 share details? “rental background check is not satisfactory“?
另外，他隻給了一個房東 info(隻主了兩個月）。 房東說 他是take other people' s lease and it is ending. 他說房間太熱了。 隻列了current landlord。才兩個月。
2. 申請信用 715，收入 沒大借口可找。
但是，兩三年前，有3，4 個 later payments (one in each different accounts)--足夠的理由？
3.有一個大rental agreement(almost $3000)，沒在申請上，When asked, the answer is 'assist a family member with a lease'. 其他兩個mortgage，說是有rental income。 在問他supporting documents。

覺得這個申請人會來事 。 看房的時候，到外麵接了電話，回來說是另一個房東聯係他。填申請後(等了2天），說‘will see another place, but I can sign the lease monday‘。（remind me the strategy 老朽 shared. but just the other way around :) ）
又有自己的rental。
布萊克(有過不好的經曆 and that person is also educationed professional)。
所以想要 用最強大的理由。
