請問這個洗碗機要不要換

新租客剛搬進來一個月，說洗碗機洗不幹淨，還發過來照片看洗過的碗還有髒的痕跡。說他們把洗碗機清潔過了，還洗不幹淨。這是白玉房洗碗機都是要配的。舊的也用了一些年了。

舊的轉動一套流程下來都沒問題，但租客說碗洗不幹淨。

這種情況要給他們買個新的換上嗎？請問大家的意見？
