請問大佬們一個技術問題

Residential lease guaranty 是否在每年renewal時都要重簽？

 

即使在文件中已說明This guaranty applies when the lease commences and continues until the lease ends, including any extension or renewal of the lease也還要重簽嗎？謝謝
