Statistics mean nothing without mentioning deductibles.

我佛州房子保險最貴的不到2200，並且離海岸線不到10英裏。房子不貴，主要原因是deductibles 高，我的颶風deductible  一般是5%。以前整到過10%，後來發現有的貸款限製不能超過5%， 就隻好定在5%.

當然，還有其它的因素，比如房子的新舊、屋頂的新舊、是否是concrete-block等。 

我的自住房的費用也比當地的平均低，一個道理。

所以你們倆講得可能都是對的，或者說你們很可能是在講不同的東西。
