You should move on

1. The house is too old and was not maintained well.

2. fixing foundation is like a black hole.

3. plumbing underground need repair, plumber need camera to find the broken area, cutting concrete costs $3000 except plumbing repair.

You have to wait for 3 - 12 months to fix cracks after foundation repair, you can see more cracks coming during the first 3 months after repairing foundation.
