2. 這個是掛在嘴邊威脅的，如果insurance department不給力，你們可以投訴賓州司法部消費者保護部門

我沒時間細看濱州的法律，但是一般坑害消費者的商家，不僅要賠償損失，還會再加罰兩倍，術語叫做treble damage for deceptive business practice, 我告訴你的原因是，你要把這個術語掛在嘴邊，insurance department 調查的時候你就要說，如果insurance department不給你做主，你會去attroney general office去投訴，最後就是treble damage.
