銀行appraisal下來了,說我賣房33萬,不值那價!
他說:31.5萬是他的估價值。
問題來了,這1萬5的差價,agent說:買家和賣家各讓一半!
agent說的輕鬆,買家賣家都不願多付8000元啊!又不是agent出錢!
這樁買賣,也許黃了,如果,不通過,買家借不到如期的貸款。。。。。。。。

- Renegotiation: In cases of major misconceptions, buyers and sellers may renegotiate the sale price. They can find a middle ground, or, in extreme cases, cancel the deal.
