我這種情況該賣房嗎？

townhouse 兩年新，前兩年租房沒問題。今年在市場掛牌兩個月了租不掉，租金不斷創新低，這個小區投資房比例太大，目前有近十戶在租，惡性競價。市場上housing supply在上升。房子漲了幾萬，賣掉都用來付稅和中介費。
