【dog friendly】？

我的賣condo agent來電說：有人想買你的condo前，先要查查你的公寓是否dog friendly？

美國是寵物天堂，我想大家，每處都是dog friendly啊！

為什麽buyer 還要我們查bylaws，是否dog friendly？

有bylaws會說我們不歡迎所有的狗嗎？

還是特別種的狗？
