請問這需要找pest control 嗎

大白玉房（自住房轉出租），新房客剛搬進來，今天發了一個message. 說幾個門邊上發現幾個螞蟻，地下室sink發現兩個比較大的centipedes,問我下一次pest control schedule是什麽時候。話說的倒是很客氣。我回複因為很少看到insects，我們一般自己做pest control as needed, 然後說了我們可以下個禮拜去看看撒點殺蟲劑。

請問這種情況需要找專業的pest control嗎。
