請教地主們聽說過strspecialists機構租房嗎？

有個自稱是strspecialists機構的想租我的房子，說是

"We're looking for a property in the area on a 24-month lease, with renewal options, to serve as a furnished rental for professionals (e.g., travel nurses, doctors). We'll cover furnishing, utilities, and monthly professional cleaning.
This arrangement suits business travelers, medical professionals, and others needing temporary housing. We need certain terms included in the lease before proceeding with the application."

請教地主們聽說過strspecialists機構嗎？靠譜嗎？有沒有什麽需要注意的事項嗎？謝謝！
