oil heating 換成 natrual gas 值得嗎

一個學生屋的鄰居要把oil heating 改成 natural gas，問我要不要一起改。這個房子的hot water 現在也是oil的。gas 公司免費給安到街道，還免費給安到房子旁邊，給安一個meter。然後房子裏走，和furnace replacement 要我花錢請contrator做。大家有經驗嗎，這個投資值得嗎。謝謝！
