那麽你們為什麽一定要month to month？

一般來說，第一年固定一年，以後變成month to month是為了房客方便。如果房客不想month to month，那麽再簽一年也無礙。為什麽你們一定要舊房客month to month？

雖然month to month靈活，但是房客想鎖定房租，也會要一年。
