2. self reported rental history
3. experian 的信用報告，也包括了eviction history and criminal history.
他們作假，是做第一和第二項的假，第三項，他們做不了假，除非用別人的identity. 不過Zillow 隻顯示25個月的payment history. Smart move 會顯示更長的history嗎？ 我還沒有一個人可以走到下一步呢，Zillow申請的，要麽不靠譜，信用極低，要麽信用分不錯，但工作是假的。 非常感謝前輩耐心指教！
