請教大家，雨水從外牆一樓和二樓的連接處流進廚房的屋頂造成漏水

這應該找誰去修啊？以前找plumber查過管道沒問題。房子外牆的一層和兩層中有條橫向的siding。Plumber發現這個橫條和牆麵的siding間有空隙，認為雨水從那裏進到房子裏了。用矽膠材料將它封死後兩年多沒漏過水。這兩天又漏了。請問有人知道什麽樣的contractor 能從根本解決這個問題？
