It was a very scary experience for me

I renovated my bathroom to have this glass door on the tub. One day I was home not in the bathroom luckily. I heard an exploding sound. I went to the bathroom and noticed that the glass door is exploded into small pieces of pebbles. One door is exploaded. I called the manufacture they said if there is a crack whether it is caused during installation or later on something hit on it this will happen. They shipped me replacement door but I didn't install it I am going to change it to something else.
