請教熱水裏的黑點

PM給我房客的work order，說放熱水裏麵有黑點，但是隻是一個shower，一次想泡澡，放很多熱水尤其明顯。黑點可以smear。

這個duplex，一個熱水器是2007的，另一個2020. 懷疑就是那個2007的開始不行了。請教一下flush值不值得？現在維修賊貴，隨便什麽都是兩百塊起。。。
