能讓新房客在老房客搬走前去final walkthrough 嗎

老房客要搬走了，新房客要搬進來。能讓新房客搬進來前一天去房子裏做walkthrough 嗎，列個issue list。以前是專門請人去walkthrough, 今年想試試讓新房客去做walkthrough.因為新房客怕有issue以後說是他造成的，所以應該看的比較仔細。不知這樣可行嗎，有什麽利弊。
