請問用Zillow來create lease 靠譜嗎,哪能找到lease template for Illinois

Zillow裏有lease builder幫你create lease, 我剛試了一下，一步一步的還挺好用。就是不知道靠譜嗎。有哪位用過。我弄完後發現它裏麵沒有specifically提early termination fee. 就隻有一個附件提到下麵的。有下麵這個是不是就夠了。如果不行，能在哪裏找到Illinois 的lease template.
