今天想file加州的LLC tax

去年成立的兩個LLC想到時買房子用，本來說一個要$800 一年，今天一查，有個驚喜：

For tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2021, and before January 1, 2024, LLCs that organize, register, or file with the Secretary of State to do business in California are not subject to the annual tax of $800 for their first tax year. 具體的情況大家有需要的可以看看這裏：
