房子修複期間，房東找到一個short rental, 讓房客先住到short rental裏，這個short rental的租金是由房客付，還是由房東付？

房客沒有renter's insurance（要了兩天了，還沒給）, 房客也不想exit lease，short rental的月租金比現租金少。一般是那種情況？

1. 房客不付房東現在房子的租金，但自己付short rental的租金

2. 房客付現在房子的租金，房東再付short rental的租金，返還差價

3. 房客不付房東現在房子的租金，也不付short rental的租金
