One month is short

Try extended stay or AIRBNB or offer some deduction on rent if tenants can still live there (insurnance company helped me set up temprary sink once). 

Some repair could take a few months (hard to start right after mitigation). If so, it may be a good time to end lease. 

Insurance does cover some lost rent. Talk to your insrance company.
