1，租2950，一男一女（未婚夫婦關係），男的manager at a mechanic shop, 女的日餐店，帶2隻小狗。收入credit都符合標準

2，$3350， 兩個國內來的男生，大二的，就兩個人住，我要要求他們請外人至少每月打掃一次清潔

3，租2950， 夫妻帶三小孩，女的是附近大學phd student, 男的是住院醫，收入不達標，credit達標
