It did happen that one girl did not get along well with other two and her deposit was forfeited by lead tenant because she paid rent for the 1st girl that left after one year. Luckily it is only one month. All parties agreed to this change.
At 1st I was thinking to evenly split the deposit. But girls/parents want deposit proportional to rent. Each girl pays rent separately. It is way more work than renting to a family.
