請問有經驗的地主們，先謝了！

我的兩層樓的出租房，樓上有一個廁所，廁所下麵正對著廚房，不知道為什麽廚房的天花板上有水漬，而且隔壁的車庫天花板上也有水漬。圖一是車庫天花板的水漬， 圖二是廚房的水漬。請問是哪裏漏水呢？
