請教：房客要求拓寬driveway

獨立屋新房出租，房客嫌driveway 太窄，停兩輛車幾乎開不開門，要求拓寬，也願意負擔費用。

請問這種情況下，拓寬driveway 的費用我們自己出比較好還是與房客分擔比較好？大約$1500。 謝謝
